Wep300How to connect a Bluetooth headset WEP300 for LG Shine?

I just got a new Samsung WEP300 Bluetooth headset and it can not connect to my LG Shine. I turned on my bluetooth and search for new devices clicked but he says he can not find my helmet and I've even turned on.
