Voip Express

I have no landline, but voiptalk use through a satellite system operated by spain.I an electronic business card from VistaPrint, but I noticed that I needed to launch outlook express it.I tried download Outlook, without success, but I do use yahoo mail. Is it because I do not have a fixed phone, why can not I download and use Outlook Express?

Just because you have an Internet connection does not mean you have an email account. But I have no idea why you would need to download Outlook Express, it should be the standard email software with Windows. I do not think your problem is not fixed lines. I think your problem is that you do not know what you do.

You can use any Web server if you have a phone ... not bad ... as I have a Sprint phone and I use Comcast ... or what you can do is find the phone number of opportunities to express and ask the phone operator .. Flag
