How do I configure my adapter freetalk old as a SIP VOIP phone? I have an old freetalk adapter. Now they have left the surface of the earth, can I configure the adapter to work on other VoIP Internet.
VoIP and SIP are different .... I have VoIP through my cable, but I also use SIP, which I plug> USB port>> using wireless phones> I use it to make calls to Europe! needs and input / output phone number! cost money and SIP VoIP is free!
I think these boxes are closed now Defunkt service. You can either take the transfer to Vonage offer that requires a new box (locked to Vonage) SIP adapter or get a more open and choose the service you want.
