Can I safely replace the SIM card to another mobile? My mobile can not download the picture of PC, because of inoperable phone data cable connector. Can I just exchange the SIM card from another mobile without compromising either the card or phone to download?
Yes all you have to do is call your carrier and tell them that I want to get this phone
I could be wrong, but the pictures are not stored on the SIM card
Wat do u got phone model??
Unfortunately, the pictures are not stored on a SIM card, they are saved to the memory of a phone or a memory card that goes in the phone if the phone has this capability. If the photos are on a memory card so you would be able to take everything and put it in another compatible phone to download, but the only way - as I said, the SIM card holds only your contacts (if you've saved there) and the data for the phone / distributor. I do not even think that your messages are stored on the SIM card.
There are two ways to get your photos, though. You can either send them to your e-mail, even if it may cost money, depending on your tariff - they are regarded as picture messages. It is not the best if you have lots of pictures.
The other way is to check whether your phone is Bluetooth - just transfer them to another phone Blutooth and download from there (obviously, you need to ensure that the phone could easily transfer to the PC!). Perhaps a friend can help you on that?
The other answer is just to buy a new cable, even if they can be costly. If you decide to get a new one, put up a little more for the real cable - I had more sympathy "note that they are not compatible.
