I want to install Samsung PBX in my office? We are facing problem as we have delivered the PBX United States to India, (ProStar DCS), is 4 by 8 system the ability to convert analog to digital.
it is presented to vendors Samsung and other local technicians in Bhopal, but they say their is some MDF cable (D-type connector missing), a vendor Samsung said that some card is missing conneting
the system with voicemail Star
I have the program guide and user guide for both these systems
Can you help me with this kind of all suggetions are welcome
My boss is willing to pay a decent amount of ticketed travel, though some may come and fix it or suggest what and how this could be? also please let me know where I can as a seller Samsung accessories here seems more interested in selling a new system rather than fix it. I also left a message on the Samsung wesite 10 days back but no response so far

Call Samsung (the company's main office or principal office of the United States) and ask them what it will cost to send one of their number during installation - with missing parts - to install. Why ask a technician "Yahoo" when you can get the real thing?
