Phone Land Line

I have three pieces to my phone service. They are telephone, DSL, and television. I want to drop the land line phone (Since I have my laptop I use) and TV service (the films).
I did not buy these services in a package, but separately.
Is this possible?

If you have DSL on a regular landline phone, you can ask "DRY DSL" .. Maybe a bit cheaper, but it's always a good idea to have a fixed line service in the event of failure current. (A corded phone continues to operate the device off, not a cordless phone.)
