I find it hard to get my Panasonic printer to print checks from QuickBooks. Can anyone help? I have been using QuickBooks, this computer with XP and the Panasonic KX-P2130 to print our checks over a year. (Quickbooks and this printer for several years) When we got this computer last year, I know we've had to something to print the checks correctly, but I do not remember what we did. We recently had to replace the hard drive and starting all over now, we can not print checks correctly. We buy QuickBooks checks NEBS compliant. When we go to press, we offer several options, the standard, wallet, coupons, but they are all larger than the controls we have. Our controls are the size of a check and a good size check. I wonder if anyone can help me with a parameter that should be changed to make it work. I checked with Quickbooks and they have no history to help with this before, Panasonic said that the printer emulates the Epson, but I do not know how. Anyone have any ideas?
If your checks are "the size of a check and a good size check", they are not compatible QuickBooks. If you use the right style setting, which means for QB's: check, check, check, you should get the data you need printed on your voucher. I do not know what the printer when it runs out of paper before printing is complete.
To emulate an Epson printer, you must download an Epson printer driver and install it.
