Well choose the right call center service in India can be a tedious task. I spent several hours trying to find a call center in India. I burned myself twice and I finally found a company called International Services Outsourcing. They are based in Los Angeles, but they have their call center in India.
They handle all my order taking, customer service and telemarketing campaign. great team. They have agents and good price and most importantly I do not have to deal with companies remotely. Why do you want it just to piss everyone off. you can not call a number of customer service more without someone in a foreign country especially India, cannot understand, they do not understand that if you speak slowly and use common words. Please do not do it, why do not you hire some Americans to try and maybe our economy can flourish, ha.
