Mobile Phone Data Cable

I mean I do not know how to use these accessroies, I connect the data cable for PC u ur mobile (cellular for U.S., Canada) by phone, but what are the uses of them, and how to send an u say one of the images, ringtones, etc. from the net to ur phone via data cable, help wud be great, thanks.

when you connect your phone to the computer go to "My Computer" here, you should find a small picture or the name of your phone somewhere showing all the files on your phone. Double-click this ..

This should display a page with all the files (music, photos, etc.) that are on your phone.

all you have to do is drag and drop the songs you want on your phone in the box ..
