Is it a small business need a PBX? Can not use mobile phones? I am starting a small business with two partners. They want us to buy a sort of mini-PBX phone system for business. I say - no way. Can not use mobile phones? Who wants a desktop phone today? There must be a way to buy a plane where you can transfer calls to another, and perhaps even have an automatic approval system, right? If anyone has used cell phones instead of a PBX, I know what you used and how it worked. Thank you!
I use center ring for my small business. It is a virtual PBX and incoming calls are automatically forwarded to my cell phone or other phone, I mean. You can set up a toll-free or local number for a low monthly fee. You can configure the mailbox for each person in your company, and although I do not use it, there is a line item by directory as well. You can even set up different voice messages when you're out of the office or on the phone. I use it for over a year, and I was very happy!

Hope this helps!
any way on the PBX. cell phones are the best way.
when you need a system, there are many reputable vendors of complete systems on ebay.
or go to a local auction and pick up from another startup that has spent too boot.
a problem, you should avoid.
The same goes for office furniture. I bought a beautiful desk, chair and bookcase 50.00 at an auction in bankruptcy.
You can do what you want - but it is proven by your partners that the PBX is the way to go, and it will not cost much money for business expenses, they also have the right.
If you think mobile phone is cheaper and can do - you must prove your theory to your partners. I think the fax machine / copier with is also a necessity.
