Local Phone Service

Has anyone had any luck with Verizon local phone service!? I tried to reach a human being or get the right location for more than two hours! Does anyone have any luck with Cavalier or any other local service?

I had both. I thought Verizon had better customer service (yes, he can do worse than Verizon) ... If you have high speed internet I would say Vonage, I've had 2.5 years, and had no problem to reach a man for the service or issue

I have Verizon here in Nevada. When he used to say: "Can you hear me now?" Means you do not receive a signal anywhere, I do not suggest Verizon. Also with Verizon customer service, they are really bad, because it say they do not care at all!
