Linksys Ip Phone

my Linksys VoIP phone Cisco has worked well for the first connection to ADSL router.but after restarting the machine, I could not hear a dial tone on my phone machine, therefore, unable to calls.same of events while being connected to a dial up connection. connected at the first and connected, it worked and I made some calls.after my pc restarts suddenly, the lid will not turn on phone and no dial tone is heard, so no application could be made! where is my problem?
