Landline Phone Offers

I was wondering if anyone knew a Comany phone that offers a fixed line? I tried Comcast and Vonage and they do not accept calls from a prision ... So I was hopeing someone here can give me some company names. I live in Chicago, IL So yeah, it would help! Thank you!
