Htc Touch User Guide

So I have a Bell HTC Touch Pro, but all the user guides I looked and even one that came with the phone is not even the right guides and I really want to know how to customize my own phone . So I have these questions:

1 ... How do I set a personal image on the main screen instead of those pre-set?
2 ... How do I get the phone to display my information on the battery (how full it is) because it is not there, but in all user guides, he is.
3 ... How do I get the phone to display the time (again, an image is in the user guide, but I do spend a lot of things to see what time it is).

I've been through and putting everything else and can not find it. I just want to customize my phone and make it easier to use.
