Htc Touch Gps

I am traveling in an area where cell phones do not get signals, but I want my GPS Touch Pro still work. How can I do this because it seems that GPS only works in areas with either a phone connection or wi-fi.

It should work because all data are collected from the GPS (satellite) not the cell phone tower
but you'll need a clear vision of heaven
