HTC Mogul Cell Phone Review With the new HTC Mogul, HTC is committed to capture the smartphone market with its multi-functions. It comes with a 5-way navigation button and a click wheel. The plethora of buttons provides access push to many features.
It was easy to read and clear the screen to navigate through the device, even if the missing element was the Task Manager from the dropdown menu that allows you to kill all the applications you think you have closed but has not been closed. Overall, the design has been very good.
The loudspeaker is average and can not be used outside if there were a lot of background noise. Call quality is above average, even if the reception was down in specific areas. The best feature of Windows Mobile, as always has been the newspaper of the call history. Battery, 6 hours of talk time, was very good and better than most of his peers.
Messaging is very good on the HTC Mogul (with the exception of the absence of a program of Yahoo and AIM users). E-mail has been easy to implement. For those who do not know how to configure Outlook, HTC Mogul can connect to the Internet to retrieve configuration profiles. Overall, the mail is a breeze on the HTC Mogul.
The schedule and some of the productivity of the phone is very good, but there was a lag in performance. There were even situations where there were a number of applications running, but no opening. Sliding the keyboard, there seems to be a slight delay in the reorientation of the display screen.
Although the timing could use a facelift, you can not criticize the way it works perfectly with Outlook. Office Mobile now, which is also useful. The HTC Mogul is well when used as a modem to the computer. It recharges automatically when connected to PC.
Internet Explorer is a web browser very well and does not show any problems loading pages. However, it does support flash items that are a bit of a disappointment. The click wheel is very useful in while we were browsing the Internet.
It is nice to have A2DP for stereo Bluetooth, and a mini-USB adapter for 2.5 mm, although 3.5 mm would have been preferable. The phone has no GPS, however, which is quite disappointing. The phone comes with a 2 megapixel camera, which could be useful for both in-all a sudden.
Considering all the features, the HTC Mogul gives great value for its price.
