The Mogul is assumed by Sprint. The Kaiser (Tilt) for AT & T.

The Mogul is a little lighter with a bigger screen. But the Tilt has much more internal memory (256MB vs 96MB). The Tilt also has a 3 megapixel camera and a 2 megapixel Mogul.

Both phones have a QWERTY keyboard slide, but you can "toggle" the display of the slope at an angle.

The Kaiser is a GSM and I think the Mogul is the same. Sprint uses CDMA, therefore, they are not compatible.
