Google Android Fix 7 "tablet netbook youtube application and Android Market?

I bought this tablet on eBay, and I happy with it overall, but the basket Android Market is Chinese, and I can not watch videos on youtube. The claim is not pre-installed, so I thought going through the market, but I do not understand the writing.

I also went on YouTube Mobile, and can not download the application from there.

Basically, I can watch videos on my SD card, but not on the Internet.

Does anyone know what is the problem? How can I solve this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
