South African Tourism operates a call center on the state of the art world, based in Johannesburg and connected to local lines in a number of countries providing information across the spectrum of travel in Africa South.

Manned by professional operators, the center operates in the region of 5,000 telephone inquiries per month and respond to email inquiries.

The line is connected to the national database of SA Tourism, which has updated information on all products and services - accommodation, transport, activities, events and contacts.

Dialing Rules in South Africa
