VOIP - Linksys CIT400 I have an iPhone for Skype and landline phone.?

After a power failure I can not use the phone .. However, it is being asked to update the device before I can use it.
I select OK but then errors connection failed.
I can receive calls Externals.
I reset the unit to the parameters.
I can not log on the web.
How do I log on the web page attach the device or download a patch.

Please help.
