Cell Phone Chargers

What should I do with [old broken] electronics in general? I am cell phone chargers, car chargers cell, broken earphones / headphones, CD players, etc. Should I just throw them in the trash? Also, I have a shoebox full of old batteries.

there are shopping malls or centers that accept old batteries and chargers failed just recycle. others you can find, you can exchange against money.
