Cavalier Phone Service

These guys are capable AA # # hole. They keep calling asking me if I want to lower my phone. I would tell them NO. Then I tell them to remove me from their call list because I do not want their service. But keep calling harassing me every day while I'm sleeping in my third shift. What can I do to stop them??? Can I sue them for something or are there measures to prevent them from calling for good?

Put yourself on the National Do Not Call List. It takes a little kick in, but they will stop. I put the link below for you.
