Business Long Distance Service

Business Long Distance ServiceWhat is the best phone service for my business, I make long distance calls?

I need to make phone calls related, I need an 800 number and a good Carrier, I'll probably have a lot of long distance calls.

Which is best? Magic Jack? Vonage? Pros & Cons?

And that number to approximately 800 carriers? Thank you!

I personally recommend Nextiva or Packet8 for personal and small business VOIP. Both offer reasonable prices and good quality VoIP services.

You'll need a broadband connection, but in general, your total fees, even with an 800 number are included in a package.

a telephone we usually put a business account will be infinitely more expensive than a residential line - you pay less per minute and 800 # 's that you pay per minute for all incoming calls

magicjack need a broadband Internet connection to work - not sure - is free domestic long distance - I doubt that you can connect an 800 # for the good

I suggest you use a service like Grasshopper, Virtual PBX or OneBox. These types of services are designed for small businesses and are relatively inexpensive (from about $ 10 per month).

You can get an 800 number, a number of minutes and pretty cool features such as call forwarding, personalized greetings and voicemail extensions if you add employees. Plus you would not have to worry about long distance charges.
