Anonymous Call

I want to make a call about a suspicious vehicle in my neighborhood I'm pretty sure selling drugs. I like to call the police about it but I want to remain anonymous. If I call from a blocked number and ask to remain anonymous will they take my call seriously?

Most police departments have a "Crime Stoppers" program where you can call anonymously and leave a tip. I think they used to take them seriously. Most programs allow you to remember with a code or something to keep track of their reports or give any additional information they want.
Or you can simply call the local area with a blocked number and speak to someone there, the report of the vehicle when its around the area and to send patrols to check. Anonymous call should not be a problem of my experiment.

Send them a letter. Do not put a return address on it. They can put surveillance on the vehicle and let you out.

You can call them and just do not tell them who you are. You do not know who you are. Try talking to an officer or a detective or someone with the drug squad. Many people give information without telling who they are.
Do not expect immediate results. It takes time to conduct surveillance and establish a record.

Yes they will. Make sure you get the make / model of vehicle any type of description of the people in the vehicle and above the number plate.
The police I have a different phone number, you can call that is related to the drug only. I called and gave them a house I wanted to watch and low and behold - in two weeks, they attacked the place ....

a car in your neighborhood? cars do sell drugs, people do. Sholder mind and heart you own business and stop making assumptions.

You have to ask to remain anonymous one keep your fingers crossed and hope that riders are not so stupid that they will reveal the caller.

Many have stories like that posted here before, the cop did not care and asked in front of everyone, saying the person who placed the call ...
