How to integrate with the Google Android phone Google and T-Mobile have partnered to create a new breed of cell phone. The T-Mobile G1 is the first Android Phone. A "Android" is traditionally defined as a robot with human qualities. Perhaps the name was chosen because of the capabilities of this new phone.
It is known as T-Mobile G1 Android, HTC Android Phone, G1 phone, or (more informally) the Google Phone.
The G1 Phone integrates perfectly with your Google Account. Some of the features and capabilities of this new cell phone:
- An Android phone allows you to surf the Internet as you would on a normal computer.
- It allows you to run multiple applications simultaneously on a phone. You can switch between applications, and you can be informed of something new is happening on one of these applications.
- It allows you to chat and share photos on applications like Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk, etc.
- You can copy the URL and share them with friends via online chat, using a simple touchscreen interface.
The following applications Google may be accessed and used directly by phone Android
- Maps
- YouTube
- Gmail
- Contacts
- Calendar
- IM (Instant Message)
All the Google applications available for you with a single sign - and they will be automatically synchronized with the web. What this means is that any changes made in one of your Google accounts from your phone will also appear at the next logon from any computer.
For example, when you're out and about with your phone and you meet a new contact, you can register their details. Just save it to your Google contacts on your G1 phone. This information will be available online anytime, in your Gmail account, and any other applicable Google account and you can access via any computer in the world that is connected to the Internet.
Any information that you save on your phone in this way will appear on your computer as well - and vice versa.
If you lose or break your phone, you will not lose your information. Your data will be there for you on your Google account you can access the next time you're online. And there is no need to worry about your data being stolen, as his protege.
Here is another example of the use of a Google Android phone. Once you have a contact address stored in your Google account, you can easily find that location on a map - Google Maps, of course. And besides, you can enter events on street level in any area where it is available.
This makes it a breeze to get directions to a new location! Simply find your contact on the AA map with a few clicks, and use for walk-in to find your way if necessary!
Another example of the use of the phone is that the integration of mobile phone with your Google Calendar. Any event that you save on your Google Calendar will be available on your phone, wherever you are. Thus, you can easily access your calendar on the road and anywhere, as long as you have your phone with you.
No timetable has become book! And you can say goodbye to these small notebooks and pads of paper you carry around so you can take notes and phone numbers.
Moreover, once you save on your Android phone, it is not necessary to transfer it to your return. Its all there, safe on your Google account, for easy access when you need it.
