3g Card

Ok, there are some things that Im going to be updated on my PC to make it almost to max old games like Counter Strike: Source on a 19 "TFT, full details with all the AA, etc.
The map I'm looking to get is an ATI Radeon Sapphire 4890
And the PSU, I'll get the support of this card is a 650 Watt ATX HighPower.

Can someone please make me run on any problems I might have to install these two things on my computer?
Anything incompatible?
Not worth anything because of my motherboard?

im actually umgrading my computer with the parties exsact even more obvious stuff like making sure you have a PCI-E, make sure both parties can pysically good for you and your new power supply Two 6-pin PCI-E connectors. Good luck with your upgrade!
